Realistically, you can't, shouldn't fuel the truck with what it's carrying. Those trucks generally serve on a jobsite, maintaining heavy equipment and it's loaded with off-road diesel fuel which is dyed red. If you get stopped at a D.O.T. check you or your employer face a heavy fine.

Very nice model! I got the NZG Liebherr LRB 255 around 2007-2008. I have always been very impressed with intricacy & very precise functionality that NZG designed into this model, which is outstanding even for the basic model, but the model's design details also include features for attaching augers & a drill (from the accessory kit). I was thinking that the two unused winch drums might have been intended for use with the accessory kit equipment, but I don't think NZG ever created accessories that used these two winch drums. The company colors on your model look great!

I am very unhappy i couldn't get to a CCM 385C or 390D. I think both are very nice models. So, everyone is talking about the tracks. In general, usually machines which are made for quarry work, have narraow tracks. Narrow tracks give more pressure per square inch/cm which is why they perform better on rocks and edged surface because they make a better grip to the edges. And usually for quarries machienes wich mass boom are used because this gives them more beracking force. So in general narrow tracks go with ME boom and shortest arm. On the other hand, if machine has a long boom (notice that the Hitachi's boom is a bit longer than an average general purpose boom, take a look at the arm cylinder's rim, it is more distant than the one of the 385) and arm, it is usually designed for lighter work, whish means soil/sand and so on. For them more suitable are the wider tracks, whish also mean heavier machine with lower center of gravity and this gives more stability to a GP boom excavator. This is why everyone who's looking at the Hitachi thinks there's something wrong with it. So I bought seperate wider tracks and replaced the original ones. Now it looks really cool. In terms of bucket and bucket sizes - the Hitachi's arm and boom are general purpose and this is why a general purpose bucket is fitted. The 385 is an ME excavator and has a heavy duty bucket. (Also, if you are reading the PDF documentation for the real machines, you will find out Cat carry larger buckets compared to most brands.) Apart from these small imperfections, the Hitachi is very very detailed. They've even recreated the cooling fans and grills around them, whish is outstanding and very realistic. Something that I couldn't get from this review - do the Cats have roatating bottom idlers? Because the Hitachi has a track guard and they've not made any idlers underneath. Today I ordered the ZX890 whish is a mass boom version and together thei will make a nice pair.

So on the passenger side, behind the spare tire, you will notice two holes. There are three separate parts that came in the box. Beyond the one keyed hole (semi circle), I cannot figure out how the three pieces connect together. Anyone have any ideas?
